The price for 2 night stay for 4 rooms was cheap. But the front desk staffing could use some help.

The price was cheap and the location was great since it was next to a mall (across the street) and many fast food and restaurants near by.

The front desk person pretty much managed everything. From managing check-ins, answering calls from rooms (operator), restaurant next to front desk, attending to other staff members. And there were only 2 at most, staffed at the desk during our stay. During our check in, the lady who was helping us was interrupted like 20 times before we could get our keys to our rooms. Other staff members kept interrupting them as if we didn't exist. Also when we tried to call front desk to get to order breakfast, no one answered our calls ( we tried calling like 10 times) so we ended up going across the street for breakfast. The front desk were very friendly so you couldn't get mad at them. But too much tasks are assigned to 2 people ultimately leads to bad customer service.

Good for the price

The location is good, in front of a small mall, area more quiet than other and safe. The staff is nice, helpfull and quick. The room are big and have their own bathroom.The free breakfast is complete and good.

The a/c of the first room was not working, we had to change room. They showed us a second room that was disgusting, the bath was full of mold. The third room was better but no window. The mattress are too thin to be really confortable and when you asking for a double bed room, its 2 separate bed put together.. This was not my expectation.
